Marine claims he ain't the one in the suit. Also I don't think you can sue from a Canada court when the defendant lives in Cali.. Think you need to sue in defendant's jurisdiction. Also if it was a proper suit, defendant would have access to discovery which would open HTDS to a look at their operation. Perhaps suit is a PR smokescreen unless you can sue a defendant in a Canada court who lives in North America..
