OWVI shares are maxed & issued 6 month share moratorium. currently waiting on VISA and Sponser bank approval to distribute their debit cards and working on an acquisition of a solar company. received $730,000 contract last week already. have you taken a look at this one yet? seems like the only sub penny stock that is maxed and signed an agreement not to further dilute their share structure for 6 months. CEO conference call scheduled for Friday to discuss company developments which could be about naming their Sponser bank and/or getting VISA Approval
