Once you pull them up, you can click on individual issues of the Washington Mutual Inc or Washington Mutual Bank bonds, and if you scroll down near the bottom of the page, you can change the date range and then click on the "show results" , and you will see the volumes and prices .

That would mean that these are trading at between 9%-10% of value.", that is an inaccurate description of the way they trade.

When a bond is trading at $90, that means it is trading at 90% of face and not 9%.
