I am really surprised. I thought we'd languish after the disappointing quarter, spend time in the 0.80's, and be frustrated and in the dark for ~6 months, till the next report, barring the big news of DOD or whatever contract that never seem to come.

This is definitely NOT a wavoid-driven move. I don't even trust the whole Euro thing as a solid reason, given our history over there also. Why are these guys on the "advisory board" special or different, that it's going to make such an appreciable short-term difference. This is the kind of move we saw, purely speculative in nature, in '99 or 2000. But it's not wavoids speculating. It's new money. But whose?
