My take on EMMA.

I guess EMMA explains why Hector didn't dump the embedded processor division. He needs them around to support his philanthropy. To me, EMMA looks like an attempt by Hector to give something back to the folks who live in abject poverty. Nothing wrong with that. However, IMHO, we'll be lucky if we break even off the deal.
