It would be a safe guess that if THJMW issues a decision pre-thanksgiving, that WMI would be able to the construct a viable plan BENEFICIAL TO THEIR CREDITORS and not beneficial to equity holders.

If she doesn't issue a decision pre-thanksgiving, that just means that the inevitable will be postponed for a little while longer.
