If I wait to buy NSPT stock once the above PR comes then I have to pay 300% - 500% high atleast. The reason for buying now is Risk is Low and Reward is HIGH. Right now there is a MOMO in this stock and that might give 1000 - 2000% gains.

IMO, I think you would like to load up at 0.0001, so that there is NO risk and reward is great....but now i think it's too late. Around 250 M shares traded at 0.0002 and I think 80% of them are buys.
