In all seriousness, I do invest in penny stocks and have even owned NSPT before but sold a while back. I think NSPT does have a great product but I think it will take years to really develop a good revenue stream with them. They are expensive and the market is a very special niche and despite the world sales of these types of skates being around 60 million pair for 2009, it will still take NSPT a while to really break into that market share even with a great product.

This coupled with NSPT share structure and lack of financial stability more dilution should be expected since selling shares is currently their only means of generating cash to continue the business. Then, down the road when revenues have come in at a level that produces cash to maintain the business operations, in order to see good SP increase, NSPT management will need to do a massive R/S. That will of course hurt the stock as investors, as I am sure you realize, hate reverse splits. NSPT has done R/Ss before and they will certainly have to again in the future because there are too many O/S and too many A/S. Currently they have about 1.7 billion shares outstanding and authorized is at 5 billion so you can see they have many more shares to sell and as hurting for money as the company presently is, they WILL dilute much more. No way around that.

So, in light of the above points my view is not too positive on NSPT although I don't completely hate the stock. I have posted that I thought the stock would do well but that was premature on my part.

What we need is better communication from the company on a regular basis which has not been the case until just last week. It would be good to see hard numbers from their purchase agreement with the Lortie Boucher Sports which they have not released as of yet. Another great PR would be one having to do with a good finance package with a legitimate institution for the company so the company would not have to sell more shares to raise cash. And of course, another PR about an additional purchase agreement with a major US sports retail company.

If all these things came together which I, personally, highly doubt, NSPT, in my view, would be something to consider buying.

The only really good thing the company has going for them now is the quality of their product. I have never bought a pair but I have seen them in person and they are fantastic looking and feeling. I don't skate, but to those that do, they told me that the skates are one of a kind.

I hope my ramblings here are not in vain. GLTY with all your stock picks and NSPT should you decide to buy.
