If one reads the financial information, I do not know why anyone would invest a single penny in this company. The shares have been diluted, almost to the fullest extent, and previous track record is not good with SEC. This company does not show a profit and is OVERDRAFTED at the bank. HORRIBLE !
This company has also issued and sold over 6 million share of unregistered stock. If you bought their stock now, how do you know wheather you are buying REGISTERED or UNREGISTERED shares ! As far as I can see, this company needs to be DELISTED !
