"Your post is deliberately misleading to the prospective investor"

My post is not misleading at all. It's a simple fact. He resigned. That is undisputable.

We need automotive executives on the board. Read the Bio's. Academics, Real Estate, Army, Local CPA, Local Attorney, Retail Automotive sales, and the G's. All successful people, no doubt. But they have no experience in bringing new technology to the market place. The G's? Not without Vernon, who by the way was a genius. There is no disputing that.

I think with automotive executives on the board we would be much farther along at this point. You may take that as a knock on the current board members I don't.

Misleading prospective investors? My god, you have to be kidding me. All a prospective investor has to do is look at the historical chart. I think announcing potential watershed events and final stages of the deals is what is really misleading!

Dread, could you please post a historical chart here for all the prospective investors?

Far too many executives have become more concerned with the "four P's" - pay, perks, power and prestige - rather than making profits for shareholders.
