If he had a negative reason for resigning

do you think he would have his son take his place? And the son has taken an active role with important business trips with Andy. He is IMO obviously being groomed by his father to fill many leadership roles. And one is as a board member of a small dead-end company named Torvec (you would have us believe).

Your post is deliberately misleading to the prospective investor and I am at an absolute loss to come up with a reason for you doing so that is not malicious.
