The question is will you sell directly after the merger, or will you hold for this to become a viable business?

What is the company worth after the merger with no sales?

What is it worth after going to the OTCBB?

What is it worth after getting on the Korean exchange?

What is worth when a facilty to build the product is released?

What is worth when the first contract with a country get signed?

What is worth when sales are flowing?

These are the type of questions you have to ask!

You also should have pre determined sell points.
