It will be a very interesting day on Monday to see if they file, ask for an extension, or refuse to file anything. IMO they will ask for the five day extension.

There is no fluff to a filing. We should know a lot more on Monday. Of course, IMO the numbers will not be great and the OS will probably be bigger. I am hoping it isn't that much bigger. Even if they have started their buyback it probably will not show up in this filing anyway because the filing will be for the previous quarter.
