Speculation:

The soonest transaction COULD be DNPI...

But I would honestly hold off on thinking about DNPI for now... WHY?

Because, looking at PPS and revenue moving forward, DNPI is the company Nic Toms is building into a big player...

I believe DNPI is currently buying shares NOW, to make it easier to finish off buying them LATER....

But I believe CYSG is in the process or bringing all their filings current AND working on either being bought out or buying out an openterra or CAPE SYSTEMS INC. to help move CYSG as whole forward...

Once CYSG is what DNPI wants as far as organization and revenues...

THEN I believe a transaction between DNPI and CYSG will take place... possibly down the road...

As far as keeping PPS low for a solid chunk of purchases now, that most likely is the case...

The PPS will be substantially higher and DNPI knows that once CYSG acquires/mergers or gets bought out by/with another Co. but for DNPI to buy out or merge with CYSG is not difficult... understand that...(its important to note)

It is naturally in DNPI's best interest to tweak CYSG as it is needed before a Co. like DNPI merges or acquires it...

So before a DNPI/CYSG transaction look for a CYSG and XXXX transaction(s)...
