Frank they left the "Inc." off their name in the title of the facebook page....I have a business on facebook and left the LLC off, I don't see that as a big deal or them considering a name change. On their facebook page if you go to the info tab it has all their information including calling themselves Cord Blood America Inc. if that helps your concern any.
