What's wrong with this picture?

I don't usually read the USA Today but the hotel where I am staying leaves it at my door. In the business section there were two articles that made me think of ERHC. It appears the BofA shareholders are worried a out replacing the CEO who left. The heading reads "6 weeks later, CEO still unfilled." Maybe it's about time ERHC shareholders should be concerned after THREE YEARS!

Also, the other headline, HP to buy 3Com in $2.7B cash deal. Now most here have heard of 3Com and it's listed on the NASDAQ I believe. That $2.7B if paid for ERHC would eqate to about $4 a share. This $4 has been thrown around a lot here. Which company would you rather have?

What's wrong with this picture?

Is anyone thinking about the drilling results. I hope they come in soon. Is it soup yet?
