From the very beginning I have felt Frizzy was incompetent and mainly in this for himself. May i remind you that so far he has collected several 100s of thousands of dollars from Phases I & II, plus whatever he has gotten paid so far from CMKXers who lent money to the cause. May i also remind you that it is solely because of Frizzy that none of you got any of the Entourage shares, which have now been sold for a mere $59,000, (if memory serves) none of which went to share holders. In addition, CMKX is now on the hook for $4 mil more.

Was he lying about his naked short #s? I prefer to think he had not one bleepin' clue about what was or was not a naked short and was completely ignorant of even basic statistical analysis.

Unfortunately, innocent share holders will never see one dime from Frizzy's efforts. Though i think you'll find that Frizzy himself is doing quite well.

You better hope the SEC is able to collect something. that is your only chance of seeing anything.
