the government robs those programs also, they're going broke,..why?? mismanagement by the government...and that's the whole point of the discussion, the governments inability to manage themselves, and we ultimately pay for it in increased taxes and the creation of new taxes,...where does it stop,....increase and creation of taxes is a result of the bigger problem.
