Janice you may be right I never realized how the FBI works till I read this article:

In fact the "State Secret Privilege and National Security" option was used when we have attempted to pull all the names of all the CMKX stockholders under the freedom of information act, as there were several names that were under this particular clause.

It would be interesting to learn who these people are.

The FBI covers up anything that links them to anything so the question still remains what was Maheu really doing at CMKX ?

What sort of forced communication was he up to when dealing with CMKX ? (STING)

This goes further then just a few CMKX insiders.

It certainly involves Banks, Brokers, MM's, SEC...
