To answer both questions with one answer: This message board consists of shareholders whose ownership when combined would be a substantial amount of voting power. I think there are many shareholders that lurk here without ever posting but are influenced by the expertise of Loophole, Rmarchma and many others that are having second thoughts about our inept upper management. Strength is in numbers. Combine this with the likes of Bill Nazgovitz and other fund managers/analysts and you have the strength to remove the leeches. JMO
