Production of bio-fuel falls under EVLN, and they have no production at this time. Distribution falls under EVFL of which they have none at this time either. To ride the oil price train you need to be in production which would be EVLN not EVFL.

Production of bio-fuels is what wins when oil prices go up, not distribution.

If they do not get production up in time the distribution will loose out do to others selling their own product and EVFL having none to sell.
