Had contact with IOVE as follows:

The name and symbol change: All the documents have been provider to FINRA. They will notify the company of the new symbol the day before the name change. The company did not set a proposed date for it to occur. Rather they asked FINRA to set the date as soon as possible

The Dividends: Obviously, for legal reasons they cannot say when news will occur. As to the status of the dividend, they are presently being guided by a lawyer to ensure that all the paperwork is being done and processed correctly. Of coarse they will issue a PR when a material occurrence takes place.

I got the feeling things are going to happen Very Soon!! Nothing was said at all to make me think that. It is just the feeling I got.

It is in process - will happen soon IMO! Get in before the rocket launches!! (Ok - OK - my small pump for the day)
