mathias1 - I think the exposing of the whole concept surrounding the Grandfather clause would reveal a WHOLE lot of information . All the government commmunication involved in putting that into effect from concept to removal. That would be very interesting to debate!

What role did the Grandfather clause play in the CMKX saga? How many shares of CMKX were grandfathered ? That would be an interesting 1st question.
