Correct, the whole key is finding out what they are selling TIDI for. Right now there are estimates. From their website, it SEEMS they are only bringing in $1.5 mil in revenue, but market cap shows $2.5mil.

Also-

It seems they are retiring shares to the treasury and if my memory serves me they can not touch them for 365 days, thus the reason why the OS and Float will be drastically lowered to the 1-2bil range. This is probably why the CEO signed a no dillution policy until 2011 anyways and that is why I am ONLY concerned with the float increasing (diluting)
to meet the OS and not the OS meeting the AS thank goodness. If the numbers come out ON TIME and CORRECT, lets do some conservative math:

Even if the Float is 2 billion and the company is only worth $1.5mil, if this pr would go down today, your looking at a pps of .0007 -.0008 CONSERVATIVELY...now add in momentum and MM manipulation, we are easily in the .001-.0015 if not more.

Let's look at the aggressive side: If they can get the float to 1 bil and revenues or market cap to $2.5 mil, this goes to .0025 on basics or fundamentals alone...add in MMs and we are looking at .003's or more. This is all my opinion.
