I would think that when someone makes a statement such as the above, they would have at their fingertips a list that the remark referred to.

I don't know, and neither do you know what happened in the bowels of DNAP during the time between the discussion of warrants and the shareholder's meeting.

But whatever it was, you with your suspicious nature, assume it was not such as to make the warrant program no longer desirable for the shareholder in the long run.

The basic problem as I have always seen attitudes such as your and spooks to be stem from actual experiences in or rumors you have heard about the penny stock market.

You are suspicious of everything DNAP does, because it is a penny stock company. And everybody knows they tend to be scams.

Perhaps it's my naivete in this market, that I choose to let the management, primarily Dr Frudakis, run the company without continually carping from the sidelines about things I don't know anything about.

It is easy to make reasonable any argument based on a given set of facts. You take what you know and presume to make sound argument about what you don't know. And I suggest that DNAP makes sure you don't know a lot of things.

And that's my problem with you and td and dragon and spook, you don't know what you're talking about. Because of your negativity, you drive potential investors away who might have bought shares here and shared in the future of a rarity in the penny stock market, one of those exceptions we read about but seldom see.
