When these guys put out the PR they want to get paid, and frequently dump the shares same day. They don't care what it does to the stock price, they just want to get paid.
How many times have we seen a company put out great news, only to see the share price dump. That's because the PR guys dumped their shares in order to get paid.
I'd rather the company save it up for a big juicy important PR than spend the money (shares) for lessor news that can be accessed by all of us free of charge. We still get the info, but without getting the share price hammered down.
