So a day later the PR comes out that Vertex is buying Cape Systems Group Inc (pubic company) for 1.8 million. All the money is in the subsidiary? Court case is still dragging on with ATS, so the theory is that they spun Cape Systems (assets) off into a subsidiary to protect them if ATS would win? This is all very odd.
