For a small company like Delta to be doing what they are doing is great stuff.
Once present share holders realize that Delta Mining means business three cents will just be a memory.
The property at this time has great value'and even if they only find one diamond with the bulk sampling everyone will want to be part of this.
If the above comes to pass' there will be lots of investors wanting to put moniies into this one.
