Money, I already have a good chunk. At these levels, where else can you buy a bank stock at these prices? If we win in court, and there have been many indicators that continually point in a positive direction for this to happen, this stock will be a LIFE CHANGER for many of us. Based on pre-seizure levels and posted debt and assets, combined with any potential punitive damages can could be awarded, I believe a ballpark figure for the PPS could potentially be $12-$22 a share, depending on the size of the settlement/award. Either way, a life changer nonetheless. To me, I would rather lose a little bit of money and say I tried rather than wake up one day after trading is halted and then it resumes again in the dollars and say "Crap, I could have paid off all my bills!"

No one knows how the judge will rule but if past rulings are any indication, I say it looks good for WAMUQ but that is merely my opinion. I know many here feel the way I do. GLTY and whatever you decide to do.
