Citibank just raised my rate from 9.9 to 29.9. Been with them for over 10 years and never missed a payment. I don't ever carry a ballance so it didn't upset me that much but I can imagine what that will do to the millions who do have a ballance each month.

The difference between genius and stupidity is genius has its limitations, stupidity doesn't.
