PATCH confirmed it had been handed over to the DOJ. PATCH has been honest on this board with information he has received from external sources and it has been accurate thus far. Patch's entire operation is based on his reputation, thus I believe there can be a high level of comfort in trusting information he passes along.

If you choose to wait for the "press release", then that is certainly a valid choice, but that is at the peril of your investment as it will drop to nothing at that time.
