The only problem is, there are too many shares out there. How many can the company really buy back at 0.0001? I am sure there are easily more than 1 billion shares held by sharedholders who are not letting go of their shares for a cheap price of 0.0001 or 0.0002. As a result, the number of shares will never really go down much, unless the company is able to pay a high price to buy back these shares (but it doesn't have the money to do it). This leaves no choice for the company but to R/S!
