All you did was copy and paste something from the PR, which pretty much states what I was saying. That XMDC looks to identify companies with potential in the healthcare industry and tries to help them capitalize on a global scale.
What I meant was from my research on XMDC, is that it does not have any "product" or something tangible that they currently sell. They are a company merging with another company that has a product to sell.
Since, the production of the BioHarp will most likely not be in the U.S.,there is no need for a "building" or storage facility here (because it's a hell of a lot cheaper to make something in another country) and there is no need for them.
