You must not pay close attention to the press releases. Actually it is a proven technology hence 3M and governments involvment. it just needs to be scaled up implemented. Mantra and 3M are on a 50/50 cost sharing and they also recieve money from the federal government which are both non toxic.

i am on the bid today trying to buy some more at these levels. BTW its one person selling and not a fire sale. this is safe. bounces around a bit between bid and offer and thats about it.
