That said I asked him a direct question about what his concern or fear was about that and he hasn't answered it. Just posted the same innuendo over again.

I could care less about how many have been funded over what period.

That was the inception of the entire program so of course the first ones to be funded will show a statistical lag.

Kind of like comparing the cost of the first unit of a production run to the last unit produced.

Of course the cost per unit is higher at the front end.

So it is with the implementation of a relatively new program.

Of course the time to implement is longer on the first 35 or whatever it was.

Besides nobody is concerned with the Carbon Credits situation between now and January. It's about production in the upcoming mining season.
