(Pink Sheets: IOVE)) received notice from the CUSIP Service Bureau that the CUSIP number for its subsidiary, Richwood Eco Ventures, Inc., is 765586102. The ISIN is US7655861026. The issuance of these numbers allows the Company to move forward with finalizing the paperwork for the divesture of majority ownership of the entity through a shareholder dividend.
