Also consider this..

Regarding Turnbull Oil

"Jeff Turnbull has signed a three-year employment agreement to
continue to manage the company. The acquisition was made via a down payment and promissory note that is due in April 2010."


Remember, if and/or when there is no payment made on the promissory note, the only source of revenue will be gone.
