In order to move to another exchange (such as the NYSE Amex) they would need to meet the listing requirements. Currently they have -2M in Shareholder Equity so they need to either make some money or have a good portion of the O&G deal fall into SE.

If they were to move to another exchange it would likely be based on the company as a whole. The company isn't really large enough for a divestiture event such as a spin-off or carve-out.
