How would ExoBox Technologies move to the AMEX?

If the newly formed subsidiary ExoBox Energy had the requirements to IPO on the AMEX would it have a new ticker, or being that it is a subsidiary of ExoBox Technologies would it be a secondary opening on the AMEX under the EXBX ticker?

In other words, would ExoBox Energy carry ExoBox Technolgies or will they be seperate?
