JCG: You're right. I think a win-win is "a positive for both parties." They are our licensing partner so I see no need to label the agreement as a "loss for Scanbuy." I think it is a win for Scanbuy. They get some great IP to take to their clients.

I believe it is a win for NeoMedia. They have a new licensing partner with a proven record in campaign management. This has never been an area of strength for NeoMedia.

The two of them combined have sufficient patents to create one heck of barrier to entry in the US, and potentially in the EU.
