Just to say in an email where Dell says they are losing the hearts and minds.. customers, Intel can EASILY show that Dell lost the hearts and minds of their customers by shoddy made computers (I can vouch) and very very poor service, Dell made their own problems, and they have to live with them.. Intel is a scapegoat with Dell.

Their problems were of their own making and I doubt Intel will have any problems showing it.
