Good proof p_chen.. Nice DD.. The F-DIC had no right to close the bank to begin with when the OTS has declared that WMB met all the required capital requirements through the day of the seizure. They only have the "right" to take over the banking business and the rest of the subs are/will be part of the holding company and no one (F-DIC/ J-PIG) has any right to claim any of the other subs. Well, hopefully Bonderman would like to get his money back and so do I and lets see how many strings he will pull to ensure that and I will be along for the ride!!
