It may not (and likely won't) be announced today. Even if it's a done deal (as some have speculated) and is likely, based on the information we have, the only firm date we have is 30-60 days from October 1st Press Release. This places an announcement anytime from now until the end of the month. No other factual data has been released/provided to support an announcement being made sooner than this (including today). So hang in there, as in the opinion of many here it is as good as done - however, we must wait for it to be announced before we claim it as such...
