We are using their product because CAPE is considered the industry leader in the US . TOPS is stronger in Europe . We receive palletizer application information from end users *daily* and CAPE is the format we receive pattern information in the majority of the time.
I know nothing about their stock and was not aware they were publicly traded so do not consider my comments an endorsement. Just the experience at TopTier.
Best of luck with your investment. That is an area of business I have no interest in as running and funding a growing company occupies my efforts.
