Novotel at Brussels is very good, but the one at Tour Noir on Vierge Noir downtown is even better --- book online for great deals that include a buffet restaurant. Believe me having the breakfast included for a couple or family is a big bonus! A supermarket nearby has tons to drink and lots of prepared foods in the back for a fraction of what you pay at the (any) restaurant!!
