I sold the old car. I am invested in IDCC. I lose money it seems everytime I buy options. I never took a profit in IDCC thats why I have still almost 3 million tax loss carry forward which will help me when I build and sell the houses in giving the $10,000 to the buyers since I will pay no taxes on any gains on the sales. It will be a great way for me to dispose of all this land I own, since it will be easier to sell with a house on it than just to build a house. I have a great deal from a builder so I can beat everyone elses price by quite a bit and still do very good.
