Good Day Folks..I am trying to put together a package for all to absorb...CYSG and it's apparent **re-emergence**..is..."very very..very..complicated"...Things are looking good at this moment but I wish to be able to explain most all aspects of the extreme complicity...Without going into great detail the end game for what looks to be an official coming out party seems to be @ January 2010..This still does not rule out an M&A at any time. What I have not been able to figure out yet is where has all the money been coming from to substantiate the increase from 16 to 23 to 104 employees currently..Because of the lack of reporting since early 2007 there obviously has been some intensive and upsided restructuring..... Very Important I say again... Do be aware that the ***subsiduraries*** that have assisted CYSG in the time of need are not independent (Example Midmark) but are owned by CYSG...They have been their own Bank cutting themselves every possible deal....SC.
