If I lose money on this building and selling of houses I should never ever invest in anything. If I can't sell mine for a profit the rest of them are in deep trouble for sure. I however am not going to do anything stupid like try to build more than one at the time, this way if things don't go right I know I can rent them for a $1,000.00 a month. If I built a 4 bedrrom then $1200.00 would be easy to get.

I will tell you what I am doing to move them. I am having my houses priced just below the competition however I am going to pay all closing cost and then on closing give the buyers a $10,000 cash rebate. In other words they move in for free and get $10,000 for doing it and if a first time home buyer another $8,000 from the government. This is a great deal even for a investor who wonts to rent the property. They get the house for no out of pocket money get paid $10,000 and should have a positive cash flow of $3,000 from rent. Its a heck of a deal.
