Well, after saying this morning about not exploring the possibility of going private and the debate there in. Decided to explore and I guess have a debate off the board with myself on the issue. {Minimum amount of arguing involved}.

First of all I thought it would be harder to do. It’s not.

Second thought was the funding necessary to do this. Turns out there seems to be plenty for these type issues.

Third would be, ok at what price. Turns out there are specialists that devise ways, strategies, reverse spits, etc etc to have these this occur in the best light for the new owners.

So, I guess it’s doable. And with ½ of market cap in cash and another 100 mil or so coming I would also think a prime time to try.

So what should I be on guard against? It’s takes roughly 4 to 6 mo to jump thru all the hoops for something like that. In the mean time what’s the company doing with the cash? Is there going to be a correct valuation of this company with in the markets and its peers?

{Notes, well 2 here} the recent qt report was very good, and there should be a continued increase to proper value on what is known, over time, this has to be balanced with the retreat from the 30’s from the Nokia failure. A lot of burnt off in there. Perhaps if one wished, they could say there was too much built into the price of a Nokia lost, and now currently too much built in with the IDCC lost. I personally do not think Nokia can get away forever, there will be a license down the road. All that being said, there should be a proper price increase from this level.

Anyway IMO.
