Wow.

I can't help but wonder how you would know anything at all about Mark's management skills. Let me explain how I know that you have been misinformed about his leadership and insight. I started with this company some time ago. I've been in the business for a number of years, running my own privately held company so when this opportunity presented itself in Fort Wayne, I jumped on it. A promoter at this level rarely exists in small markets-generally you have to reside on the West Coast or New York to achieve this level of entertainment. Unfortunately, it would seem that there are individuals of questionable ethics in the entertainment business but-and I can assure you that I can pick them out a mile away-Mark Newbauer is an insightful, inspiring and caring Boss who does not possess the character traits that the people on this board condemn him for.

By insightful, I mean taking a concept and then following through on it, constantly looking for ways to make it better and profitable, all at the same time. This is the kind of employer who is so rare, so human and so brilliant-that his staff is devoted to him. We want this company to succeed and there is not one person in that office who would not move mountains for Mike The Pike Productions, Mark Newbauer and most importantly, the shareholders. So, Mr. Biggerstaff, I'll tell you what. Tell me how much you invested in this company and I'll match it. Why? Because this company is going somewhere and 2010 is going to put this company on the map. If you sell now, it would be a mistake. Oh and one other thing. We couldn't do it without Mark Newbauer. He is the lifeblood and the foundation of this company who sets the bar. You Sir, only continue to draw lines in the sand with no follow through.

I loved my company. I loved doing my job. But nothing compares to working for this company. I would suggest you do your homework before posting anymore statements of a personal nature and concentrate on why we are here in the first place. The stock. Thanks.
